Everyone Welcome
This free event is hosted as a combined effort between the school and the Talbot Hill PTA (Parent Teacher Association). The goal is to make sure ALL students, families and staff feel welcome and part of our community.
While admission to the event is free, food will be available for purchase at 50 cents per appetizer-sized bite.
Ways You Can Participate
We're looking for our community to be part of our celebration because we wouldn't be a diverse school community without YOU and we want to celebrate that!
Bring Food
Are you interested in contributing food for this event? Look for the sign up form for families and staff available through Friday Folders!
At the event on May 30, all "bites" of food provided will be sold at 50 cents each and Bite Tickets will be available for purchase, through the PTA website, beginning Monday, May 13. Pre-purchased Bite tickets will be available for pickup at a designated will-call table on May 30 and additional tickets may also be purchased in-person on May 30 between 5:30-6:00pm.

art activity station
Our Art Docents will have a few art projects (and all of the materials) ready to go at the art station which will be located in the gym. Let us know if you'd like to help students and families, as a volunteer at this station.
Offer help for the day of the event
With all of the food, entertainment and activities being planned, we'll need many volunteers to help direct our guests at the event. Can you offer a set of helping hands?
Calling for Performers
Hey students, families and staff! Do you perform songs, dance or demonstrations that would contribute to our event? If so, we would love to invite you to perform at our event! Let us know you're interested!
