We appreciate all the support you give our school - through the PTO, volunteering at school and donations. Our MicroSociety program relies on donations to continue. Donations to our MicroSociety program are tax deductible as the Talbot Hill Educational Trust (THET) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Fall 2009 - Thank you!

Thank you for participating in our Fall 2009 fundraiser. We raised almost $10,700 for our school and our MicroSociety program.

Western Round-Up Dinner, Auction & Dancing - March 27, 2010

Preparations have begun for our Western Round-Up Dinner, Auction & Dancing. Save the date - Saturday, March 27, 2010. And help us procure items for our auction!  Do you have a business willing to donate products or services? Do you go to a business that might be willing to donate? You can help your child's class create a classroom project -- those projects are priceless and usually there is fierce bidding to take your child's project home. If you want to help, contact PTO.

United Way and Boeing's Employee Community Fund - THANK YOU!

Thank you for designating Talbot Hill Educational Trust in your employee-matching programs or United Way -- we receive over $2,000 every year through programs like United Way and Boeing's Employee Community Fund.

Help Talbot Hill Without Straining Your Pocketbook!

There are many easy ways to help Talbot Hill: using website portals like SchoolPop.com when you start your shopping, registering your Safeway card at eScrip.com, shopping at Target using your Target card, collecting Box Tops for Education, signing up through your employer to donate through employee giving programs such as United Way and Gift-Matching.     Here’s a one-page reminder for you about how to help while you are shopping –

My Coke Rewards

Do you drink bottled Coke products or buy the cases of Coke from Costco or Sam's Club? Do you have a MyCokeRewards account?  You can donate your points (or your bottle caps and codes) to Talbot Hill! We can use the Coke points to "buy" cool stuff for our school. Contact Sharon Chilenski for more information.

Box Tops for Education

Please save your coupons on General Mills box tops. Please take time to trim your labels before sending them to school.  The money we receive goes into the classrooms and the teachers decide how it is spent.  We are able to "purchase" some great equipment for our school using the labels.

The first time you’ll have to register yourself – selecting Talbot Hill Educational Trust as your school – ID #128339.  Then each time you start at www.onecause.com and link to the merchants from there, a percentage of your purchases will come back to Talbot Hill!

Target Stores – use your Target card!

You can designate our school to receive a 1% donation of your net purchases every time you use your RED Target card. If you have a Target Guest Card, call 1-800-316-6142 and designate our school. If you don't have a card, you can designate our school when you apply at a Target store near you.

United Way and Boeing Community Fund and Gift Matching

The Talbot Hill Educational Trust (THET) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization - which means that donations to THET are tax deductible. THET was founded to support the programs here at Talbot Hill, specifically the MicroSociety Program. You can designate THET to receive donations through United Way and the Boeing Community Fund.

We are also eligible for gift and time matching through your employer. Please submit a gift-matching form to Sally Boni.
